"RUN. SCAMMERS. 4/3/26 I was warned that state farm offers you a specific rate then adds additional fees- I didn’t listen because they offered the best insurance price on a 2026 vehicle. After the first month payment they added over $40 to my premium. I have not been in any accidents and have abided by all the rules even the drive safe monitoring device they offer you. 🕵️ They claimed the reason for the raise in rate was becoming “ ineligible” for a student discount whilst i’m still in school and still have the same GPA,( it is a $12 discount and wasn’t given a straight answer on the other amount charged over) got told it would be handled another month comes around and they still either added more fees or took discounts off. I don’t know if it’s the underwriters which a rep told me or them as a company but this is unprofessional and incompetent."

"Went to get a policy was quoted around $350 made my payment and got my insurance. A few days later they ended up saying it’s actually going to be 300-400 more per month. I then asked for a cancellation and a refund which they said they would issue once the policy goes through under writing but cancel for that date (nov 4th) here is today where they won’t return my phone calls and still haven’t received notice of cancellation or my refund. If you’re looking to get insurance definite go somewhere else."
